I am not a lawyer and i will argue this in the SCOTUS. Outside of the obvious, THE 2nd Amendment. Make the 'House' justify this communist law, by attempting to explain 'how many' of the illegal firearms, stolen by the gang members in Chicago, that use those illegal firearms to kill 762 people every year..................Will go through a 'background check'? Stop, they have no answer. SO.... explain WHO you are trying to 'check and why?
