I only have two all steel guns (1911 and a Beretta), thinking I need to add to that.

Torn between CZ Shadow or some kind of STI 2011.

I’m not a fan of cubic zirconia guns. Another option for a good 1911 is find an old norinco and throw some Ed brown or Wilson combat parts in it. Just be careful you don’t get any of the mim parts.

Hmm they seem plentiful and cheap. I'd rather rebuild an old 1911 then do a polymer80 that's for sure.

I got an Ed brown sear jig off eBay years ago for under $20. It literally takes about 20 minutes to cut the sear angle unless you get the drop in stuff. I stay away from it because a lot of that is mim.
