While we're at it lets have the same laws apply to every product and every law, if someone runs someone over with a car then the manufacturer is guilty of murder, if if someone breaks into a house using a hammer to break a window then the manufacturer is guilty of breaking and entering, if a building violates code, then every company involved in the manufacture of any tools and materials used in making that building is liable for the improper construction.
