I am not a lawyer and i can argue this in front of the SCOTUS. Questions for the Liberal/communists attempting this violation of the Bill of Rights. 1. How will this stop crime? 2. How many criminals with their already illegal firearms do You expect to buy this ins.? 3. If stopping crime is this easy, why do Liberal courts NOT put actual Criminals that ARE shooting people in prison for 10 years NOW? 4. how many other 'rights' will You want Americans to PAY for, next month? In closing, they can not justify a single word of this and should be jailed for treason for attempting it.
