I hadn't tried to buy anything but ammo for a few months. I put together a pair of AR's in march. Had a friend who was trying to order a Sig MPX but it never happened and i think he canceled it.

I've had a bunch of friends try to buy pistols over the past few months and have to wait for them to come back in stock.

We had a golden age of guns and those that took advantage are sitting on the beach sipping daiquiris now.

Wasn't last year overall close to 30,000,000 total? I'll bet 2021 beats that. I just can't figure out what is next. I love the Beretta APX, shot it, and it's butter. I wanted a Glock, but after shooting the 19 and 17 it just doesn't feel as good in the hands. I already have 92fs, 2 1911's, a CCW, and 357. Maybe a snub .38? I like the Ruger PC Charger, but I might as well have a Glock to share mags. Do I want something in 10mm or .40? That's just more ammo to buy.

It's all about what feels good in your hand, IMHO. Also, I've stuck with one caliber for everything so as to make it easy to stock up.

If I were a gun dealer/manufacturer, I would vote democrats precisely for that reason
