For practice definitely. Just drawing your unloaded firearm is good practice.

It helped with my wife. It was good for muscle memory drills. Though would be great if there was one that had the same trigger pull and weight as her actual firearm. Maybe there is, I haven’t looked.

Yes, they have come a long ways and are fun as hell(imagine that shoot the star out game at the fair). Licensed models feel like the real thing and you can shoot your friends. To all you scrubs talking shit about an excellent training tool, in these times of ammo availability your a fool for not checking it out.
Edit: To be clear, I'm talking about quality licensed AEG's(and gas operated pistols) and not ones from Walmart or whatever
