Took me 9 months from filling out paperwork to receiving the permit to purchase and that was 15 years ago. Then you get a whole 30 days to make your purchase or the permit expires. It took me about 5 weeks from start to finish and you have 90 days to make your purchase. The PRNJ does not understand the meaning of the word, "infringed."
