Anyone familiar with these? I’ve inherited one that has been cut down, or “sporterized”. It hasn’t been used in many years. My wife’s grandmother (89 and since passed) said it was her Dad's when she was a little girl. That would put it at being WW1 surplus purchase. I don’t know if he did the cutdown or what. It seems to be ok, but I’m taking it in to my guy for the once over. They have a test tank and also carry the ammo. Have any input?
