First will be my wife's AR pistol.

Yes it is Robin egg blue (trademarks and such). So this is a 10.5in barrel, with a "sound director" muzzle device.

Honestly it dont do much of what the device says..it is fucking loud.

However it does cycle, and function very good. Chews up ammo like it should. Gets hot pretty fast too. We use standard 30rnd mags too.

The brace is called a kak Shockwave blade...it sucks, but was early on with the builds and well she ended up liking it just fine.

Next is the 1911 para ordnance p14-45

This is a little different than your standard 1911, in that the magazine is double stack. Meaning that where the standard 1911 holds 7+1 this holds 14+1.

I like it because you can get a far better grip on the weapon and thus greater accuracy. Down side is how heavy she is.

It is thic people, and hardly any recoil. Solid stainless steel too. Looks nice with the semi gloss I think.

Lastly we have the AK-KK as I call it.

This is a 10.5in barrel chambered in 7.62x39, hence the AK designation...AK round and all. The KK part is because I am a racist dick.

Uses 30rnd mags as well..which is why the mag curves...the diameter of the rounds is why this is done.

Few oddities of this weapon is that I can only use steel case ammunition with it. Brass casings fuck it up...the bolt will short cycle and stove pipe the round. As it slams to battery the rim will catch the extractor and break it every time.

However with steel....cycles fine.

Uses a muzzle brake and eliminated recoil with this and the barrel length of course. This weapon is a fun one too.

Anyways you have questions just ask.

Do you have the shoulder thing that goes up?

Goes up?

What do you mean?

The white ones brace is 5 position adjustable...it is the SBA3 brace too.

It's from the old "assault weapons ban".

It expired in 2004 so you may not have any idea what I'm talking about depending on your age.

Ummmm wow. So basically word salad with scary bits for emphasis

Well I learned something new...

Thought the only double-stack 1911s were the newer $$$ 2011s from STI, Staccato, Strayer-Voigt, etc. Had no idea they had em in the 1980s.

Unsure of the date of manufacturing for that 1911, but pretty sure it is 90s

I meant when invented, I just had a look at the wiki and apparently first one was sometime in the 80s. Would like to shoot my 1911 more but 45acp was the only caliber I didn't stockpile so now I have to hunt around.

Yeah never had a .45 till this a month ago. I always had .40 or 9mm

This big bore is better

Yeah double stack 1911 has been around for some time.

has them from bare bones to high end for good money. I think they use Para style mags.

Man they have some mean looking "almost slabside" pistols.

The AK-KK, I see. Very nice. I'll send you a PM sometime tomorrow afternoon. Meh, just a picture, or 2.

Awesome. Love to see other peoples builds. Can always learn something new.

Or maybe I can help you?

I enjoy the milling aspect. Really feel the metal, work with it and all. Plus it is a work of art once you are done.

I just did a shower. I just don't want to go get all greasy. Tommorow is a chores day. You'll see.
