What about the points of aim? What about an emp? What about water? If his bullets are 4 to a block, how many blocks does it hold at once before needing reloaded? What about the heat build up and storage in that chunk of a barrel?

If the US military was keen to increase the effectiveness of their rifles, they should withdraw from the treaty prohibiting explosive anti-personnel rifle rounds.
