Yeah, I don't really expect armed conflict. But I do shoot. I'm just bugged by, say, the newscasters that breathlessly report, "the house was stockpiled with over 1000 rounds of ammunition." I'm thinking, "bitch, that ain't nothing. I shoot that in a long weekend." (Or at least before that would be a second mortgage.)

In combat you don't always to the empty mag into a dump pouch. You are going to lose mags over time.
