It just bugged me lol. I’ve been seeing normies running around parroting that line just like they did with certain lines from Covid.
And I clicked a link the other day in a search for a product that I own that led to Reddit for a review/reset and it’s like the Salem witch trials over there as usual. They have a new monster and threat in Putin and a nuclear attack. A regular post about an electronic devolves into something about Putin and nukes.
Reagan did shoot down at least one mig, ramped up the arms race and went and had the detonators(or whatever) added the the stored chemical weapons bombs. I can’t remember it all but I know he did a few other things also. It’s kinda like trying to remember what Trump actually did vs what the media claimed.
We finally burned our supply of chemical weapons in Umatilla those took years to dismantle and burn and every week was a new scare story in the paper.
Why they did it to begin with is so stupid, how do you even transport corroded leaking armed chemical bombs to airbases without a possible detonation.

It sure was. My family suffered greatly through the Carter years. Worst President ever, and then came Joe Biden to take that title.

Pretty much the same but I worked for a retired doctor who owned a farm and he was extremely conservative and my other jobs when I was older were with Vietnam vets and they were also conservative.
My older brother and all of the above always talked politics and Pat Buchanan(sp), I believe he was anti-jew or one of the people they listened to were.
But even when in elementary school things just seemed off and as I got older I’d remember little things people would say and tuck it away.
I couldn’t find a newspaper that reflected my experiences and always felt something was off but couldn’t figure it out. By this time I was surrounded by normies and nobody seemed to care the papers/stories were somehow off.
I never voted until 2004 and September 11th was my purple pill moment. I couldn’t stand watching all the idiots on TV cry saying it was our fault and flipped to Fox News lol. I thought they were lying about other stuff and would look it up and find out I’d been lied to my whole life on a certain incident.
Then in 2013 I went full red pill as the left started their slow censorship of the internet and woke culture.
Nobody would believe me it was going to hit the real world, “it’s just online and not real”. Of course they were wrong and here we are.

A little after Reagan was elected my dad could finally stop working three jobs, he still worked a lot of overtime but at least we’d see him one day a week.
