They as in Finland. I am not in Finland. Being that membership in NATO surely has a few caveats, I would not be surprised many want to avoid joining as well. The Fins did rather well against the Russkis on their own, they ran out of people, and could only cede so much space, but at terrible cost to Stalins army.
