Everyone in the cockpit suffering a heart attack at the same time!
I believe that
It does seem unlikely, although if the events in the story happened (pilot has heart attack, slumps forward and knocks plane into nosedive) it could have been difficult or impossible for the co-pilot to pull out of the dive.
I fail to picture a scene where the pilot goes straight for a slump forward knocking the plane into a nosedive the second after he gets a heart attack with the copilot completely taken off guard with exactly zero seconds to realize what's going on and act appropriately. Except with simpsons graphics
He starts to feel really bad, chess pain choking, then eventually starts to fall forward, ok. In the meantime the copilot has is right next to him and has enough time to react accordingly.
I know. As I said, it's very unlikely. Just interesting.
