It's Biden so I don't believe it for the reasons given. They could always get Poland to send current gen.... So is the 10 year old Soviet system better than the current American system? The West is losing and they don't want the Soviets acquiring current gen air defence. (but Afghanistan) They whole plan seems fuzzy and ill thought out, but the cynic in me sees incoming "false flag".
