Not surprising at all. Most likely, perhaps highly probable, Iran and Israel have both developed plans for assassination of US political figures. Possible scenario is a "Strategic Decapitation" strike with a small nuke during the next State of the Union. That would wipe out the top levels of the US Government. Trivial to launch a missile with warhead from a floating platform, probably a tramp freighter about 250 miles off the East Coast, like they did with the missile that shot down that air liner years ago.
