>In 2000, the Taliban leader Mullah Omar officially banned opium cultivation and drug trafficking in Afghanistan;[277][278][279] the Talibans succeeded in nearly eradicating the majority of the opium production (99%) by 2001.[278][279][280] Under the Taliban governance of Afghanistan, both drug users and dealers were severely prosecuted.[277] ...

>Funding appears to be via the normal deep state methods; Edmonds points to the international drugs trade as a key role in funding black ops such as Operation Gladio/B. She notes that in 2001, without providing any evidence that the country was in any way involved, the US invaded the world's largest producer of opium, Afghanistan. She claims that the main areas of Gladio B money laundering are Cyprus, Malta and Dubai.[20]

According to that guy (US Army vet) https://vid8.poal.co/user/0k_/6d7l4Vo the biden admin (and those before it) has been warned dozens of times of the actual chaotic outcome, and fucktons of evacuation plans have been forwarded throughout the years. And in the end they just pulled the plug without any evacuation plan whatsoever it seems.

At least that's what he says, and quite frankly it doesn't take a fucking genius to figure out that evacuating without a plan to handle the thousands of civilians trying to escape the inevitable taliban takeover, would result in anything but "bad optics"/a humanitarian disaster

Because we aren't talking about a plan going wrong, there was no plan, it's pure improvisation on the ground at the 11th hour

That being said, there are a couple of scenarios in which any of this would make sense. The obsolescence of the heroin trade generating dark money for CIA/NATO, being one of them
