It is a small but very wealthy elite class, which is disproportionately inhabited by Jews -- atheistic Jews, not religious Jews. But they are not the prime mover. The prime mover of the chaos of our world is Satan, who possesses the minds of this elite class and directs their actions against us. The reason we cannot point to a single figure who is at the head of the new world order is because that head has no body, no corporeal form at all. It is a spiritual intelligence that hates humanity and wants to destroy us.
