That's the downside of a winning move eventually, you keep using it and that renders you predictable
Most people are complacent either for lack of better option or simply because they have bigger fishes to fry
And that's what actually keeps the system afloat. It's not the police, it's not force only, it's mostly the general complacency/consensus, it's people policing themselves essentially. All the cops, local and federal, are made to handle 1% of the population going batshit insane. That's all they can handle
