It's not really a glitch, some websites are automatically adding their name in page titles.
I already added some code to remove it for several domains, but I'm too lazy to search for the most popular domains posted on Poal that do it and add them to that list.
It's not that a problem tbh, it's bit redundant and "in your face". That said you know the source right away, so you have your own perspective added to it because you know the "brand", also you can't claim to have been "tricked to click on zerohedge", it's right there in the middle, can't miss
