Yep. It's the typical step 1 when the cops first encounter someone recording criminal activity the cops are protecting. If he keeps recording shit they pull him over and find drugs and then go Scott Ritter on him and plant CP on his computer and then an "anonymous" tip gets him a visit at 4AM.
