The thing you should take away from this is that Alex Jones was never given the opportunity to defend himself in any way. He was denied a trial to prove guilt or innocence because the two judges said he had not provided the information they demanded from him. Yet he provided more information than in any other similar case. He was simply declared "guilty" by the judges. Then, when they held a trial to determine how much he was guilty, he was prohibited from speaking in his own defense. He couldn't even tell the jury that he was innocent! He couldn't tell them that he had never even spoken the names of the people who were suing him.

If these trials stand, US justice is dead as a doornail.
