It's an unrelated crime though. Like if I were to plan a murder with some friends, we can't say we are exempt from prosecution because we used speech. In other words, the speech is not the crime, the act is. This goes for CP, sexting minors, plotting crimes, etc...
Kind of like how guns are legal, but using them to murder someone is not.

this is easy to understand. THE GOVERNMENT has no right to dictate what a person can say or do. but a COMMUNITY has every right to enforce its standards however it wants, as long as it doesn't use force.
