save all e mail and communication.

Do not forward e mails to an outside address to save them. print them and take the print with you.

Many places have policies about forwarding business email to non business addresses and this could potentially open you to further retaliation.

Or save to a usb dongus and print out at home. Some places keep track of what is printed and when/by who.

Good call. I had forgotten to consider the print server logs...

However a lot if places track USB insertions and those can also be against many of the IT security policies. Which are often used as an easy gotcha to get rid of problem people.

take picture with your own phone of screen for every image then upload at home the images to computer then print out. Unless the screen has a privacy cover that does not permit photo's like the not viewing from side but works if not eyes viewing, I do not know I confess that that is a thing at all, but I'm sure they have camera's that watch offices so a camera would have to be hidden under clothing or in a hat hidden or some other secret way of taking pictures with an in sleeve trigger to make it take the picture. Then it'll be less likely stopped by security or have a visit or get fired for copying images or any info on a company computer no matter what it is.

Hope for the best. There are grim tales out there, and although people may clutter their Facebook pages with BLM shit, when it comes down to it employers want to do what's most convenient for them. Their lawyers already know if there's a legal case. If not - it comes down to whether they want to keep the competent and motivated supervisor, or placate the trouble-maker.

It's too bad that they can't fire someone for a frivolous complaint. If I were you, I'd start looking for a new job. If this is dismissed you'll still have to work with the complainant, and any misstep - intentional or otherwise - can be construed as discriminating against someone who raised a complaint.

Last - I'm really sorry this happened to you. It's a clown world.

Rigorous documentation. And ask for everything in writing too. Sometimes they just ooga booga try and scare you into leaving the position. Then employer doesn't have to pay severance... if the employer is smart they will not act on it unless they have proof. If you do get a citation or written up. All of that has to be done by the book. Make sure everything is followed by their books. Lastly. Someone has made an enemy of themselves. Keep them close and don't let their slip ups go unnoticed now. You don't even have to be the one reporting.

Now for the witchy stuff. Light a white tea light in the evenings at your home. Keep the house very clean. Make sure your windows are washed. Then if you have ringing in your ears imagine all your loved ones happy healthy and well and while standing still. Stomp or step your right foot while pressing your right index finger to your bottom lip like when you shhh somebody. Then imagine a mirrored egg forms around you. It's called shields up. It makes for quick protection. It works.
