Didn't someone do a "get fit poal" thing a year or 2+ back? I feel like I remember seeing that but I was not in on it for my own reasons. It feels like we should be doing that again.

Unless you rolled a nat 1 on your genetics, you have to WORK to get that fat. You have to put in EFFORT to get that fat. You don't accidentally balloon up to that fat, even with the fucky fucky games the powers that be play with our food.
I say this as a fat boy who hates himself for being fat and wishing I could walk without the pain of open sores on my feet every fucking day so I could lose weight. My family is full of people who are fat on my mother's side - except for my mom, who can sit there and drink soda and eat ice cream or bread all day every day and not put on a fucking ounce of weight. But none of them are this fat, except for my deceased uncle who was a truck driver for his entire life until he got too fat to drive, and he was constantly drinking and smoking and eating garbage on the road. It took years, decades for him to get that fat even though he was always a bit on the husky side even when he was super active during his teenage years. My grandma was never a good cook and was never concerned about eating healthy, only that it was "tasty" or "comforting."
These "people" did this to themselves. I worry about having a heart attack before I'm 35 but I can't get any help with actually losing weight and anytime I try my family actively works against me. These "people" have an entire media presence and make more money by being fat.
Fuck, I hate them, and I hate the jews that encourage this shit. Just like all that "Bridezilla" or "Teen mom" shows that encourage this kinda shit.

Bro, you can do it. I used to be a fat fuck but I dropped 85 lbs and counting. You just gotta put in the effort. Start small. Just do x amount of steps per day. Once you can reliably hit that goal increase it. It'll take time but you can do it. If I can, anyone including you can.
I also come from a family of fatties. You just gotta be firm with them. "No I don't want that second helping, and I don't want leftovers. If you don't want it going to waste either give it away or don't cook so much. Not my problem."
Don't worry about diet too much at the start. Focus on building those habits like walking first. Diet can be adjusted later. I dropped 30 lbs just by adding a daily step goal to my life.
