This thing is just letting everyone assume it is a rapper. What it is really saying is that it is a wrapper, as in it goes through wraps to get to its takeout/delivery food. Similar to how if I was a waiter at a restaurant, and this slob waddled its way in, and I had to greet it, I would say "sorry about your weight".
