Look at the American Amish population. They have low rates of obesity (basically unheard of) and damn near no autism. They live very traditional lives eating almost nothing that is not processed by their own means or people in their community (depending on the group). There is something to living a simpler (but hard working) life that makes you healthier and live longer.
This cannot be just a coincidence.

Their food is not adulterated with hormones, vaxxines, additives, preservatives and other garbage added to increase jew profits at the expense of goyim health. Forty years ago our food was less fucked with and we were healthier despite already living a mostly sedentary life. We're still sedentary, but the food changed. I'm certain it's less about our lifestyle and more about what the jews did to the food. We could fix it but we have to eliminate the jew from the equation first.

No, it's just a cohencidence...
I watched a video on jootube about a small region in Georgia, somewhere in the caucasus mountains. Life looked like it wasn't easy; lots of hard work and very austere but it made me think that's what man is supposed to be like.
Too much of everything has destroyed mankind (especially Whites).
Yeah, We (men) are wired to want to work hard. Being in a office or sitting in a chair all day is unnatural and has been for all of human history up until a few hundred years ago.
There is a reason why you go do "man stuff" and if you are tired/sore/etc (unless you have a hard to manage injury) you say things like "it hurts, but in a good way".
You also like to see the accomplishment of your work. It's kind of hard to see that on a screen. Not as hard to see that when you build a damn house or shed or till a field.
