In three of the pictures she is drinking, soda, coffee, and possibly an alcoholic or juice drink. Unless that coffee is black (doubtful) those are unneeded calories.

Wow. The weight really does make her look much older.
At her lightest she was a size eight but she has also been a size 18.
So it isn't that she can't be a normal weight, she's just gone all 'fat acceptance' and given up.
Irena grew up in a refugee camp and struggled with an eating disorder for four years while at secondary school.
Am I supposed to be sympathetic about the refugee camp? Apparently they fed them well. Eating disorder, yes it's call 'overeating'.
