A quick search says each chic fil a milskahe has 620 calories. I saw her pour 8 of those in which is 4,960 calories. Add on the whipped cream and chocolate syrup and we could be over 6,000 calories for a fucking snack. That is more calories than a healthy family of 4 would consume in a day, chugged down in one sitting. The insulin spike from that would be huge.
