Guaranteed the driver gave her a 1 star but was polite since it was on camera. A lot of people don't realize if you're like this in an Uber the driver can rate you and other drivers won't pick you up or respond and move on.
I haven't used Uber a lot but I have a 5 rating and I would get my vehicle in minutes. A 1 star, you might not even have a driver willing to deal with you and you're SoL...
