I remember an oddity though from a meme years ago; it was a skinny guy who was probably like 110 pounds and a manlet married to a 500 pound woman. I don't even know how that would work sexually. You'd think he would just kind of get lost in the rolls of blubber and get absorbed inside.

There was a 500+ pound patient in the O.R and we had to fucking tape his body to the O.R table so he wouldn't roll off. Surgeon walked in and started yelling. Like wtf!? BITD when people weren't five feet wide.
