Using a research chemical seems scary to me and the injections. I have been wondering if it can be mixed with DMSO to skip the whole injection thing. DMSO tends to go right through the skin. I have tendinitis in my left arm from playing guitar too much and too fast combined with some typing. I had a back strain from using a rotator machine. If you move into the wrong position, it puts a lot of weight on your back muscle. Now if I try to do sit ups while holding a weight, it hurts my back. I had a bicep strain at one time, and my triceps actually got ahead of my biceps.

Now I'm trying to experiment with how big I can get while lifting light. I just read an article about someone working with osteoporosis ladies and getting them to lift slowly. There has been research that found people still grew muscle even when lifting really light weight. They had to keep going and going for minutes to wear out. I hate working muscles like that, though.

I don't think BPC-157 can pick stuff up and put it in the right place. One time a Cowboy's player had his ankle twisted around the wrong way like if he was facing due north in a normal position, his ankle was facing due south. I think surgery was the only solution for him (for the record I'm not a Cowboys fan).

My shoulder still hurts from doing shrugs first on a calf machine with 100 pounds and then on the shrug machine with 90. I have similar damage on the left side, but it's never been catastrophic. I just feel it a little bit there. On the right side, it was so bad. It started hurting by the deltoid, and I thought it was a deltoid strain. I had worked deltoids about 3 days prior. Then it started to hurt really bad, and there was no comfortable position to be in. I had to take 600mg (400mg recommended dose) of ibuprofen to sleep. Then when I woke up, I was fine before I moved. Then when I moved, I had no ibuprofen left in me, and it started to hurt really bad. I brushed my teeth with my left hand, and then I ended up passing out and falling on the floor in a seated position. Then I was sitting there in a daze, intensely focused on what was going on inside of me. I ended up going to a orthopedic surgeon for an evaluation. He said it was a shoulder impingement. Later on I found a video on youtube where someone taught me 4 movements to test for shoulder impingements as opposed to AC joint sprains. I could do the impingement movements, but the AC joint ones hurt really bad. I guess the good news is the doctor didn't see the bone out of place. I had lose of movement ability and when it's injured, it hurts to touch the point of the collar bone.

I am just unsure about this injecting under the skin stuff. I think I'm going to screw it up, or I might end up looking like I'm junk that needs to keep getting a hit of something. I should probably get over it, though. I think this stuff could definitely help me with tendinitis in the finger muscles (feel it on the arm).

As far as that song, I used to listen to it at the gym. I would play it 2 or 3 times before going on to the rest of the EP. They're not really sophisticated musicians, but they're creative and funny. Their bassplayer has got some grooves, and would do the most damage by leaving after the singer of course. I laugh at how their saxophone player doesn't even know how to play. I wouldn't trade him for someone that does.
