BPC-157?

I used to put something like 400 pounds on a squat machine, and lift that with my shoulders. The angle of the weight machine made a lot of that weight go into the machine, so it wasn't really that much weight. It was still a lot. My arms don't straighten out and point towards the floor, so the standard shrug machine (each arm holding grips that are parallel to where your erect penis would be if you were excited) puts a lot pressure on my elbows and makes them hurt. That's why I thought up doing it on the squat machine. Then I started holding a barbell because as it's pulling down on one elbow it's pulling the other one the opposite way. It was less elbow pressure.

Honestly, I really hate light, repetitive lifting, but it's really what I'm aiming to do now to avoid hurting myself. I don't have any impressive weight numbers, because my natural build is like Buddy Holly. If I was on Saved by the Bell, I'd be Screech.

BPC-157 had no drawbacks at all for me. I was beginning to develop tendinitis, which was fine while lifting heavy, but made it where I could not brush teeth or take a drink from normal size cup without extreme pain. Took 3 weeks of injections to take away the pain completely. What is nice about it is that it does not mask the pain like steroid shots or cortisol but actually heals the problem. Tendons don't heal fast at all due to no veins or arteries carrying blood and it's healing properties to them so I was surprised to see that I was healed so easily.

For all pull lifts, I use 'figure 8' straps and they are a Godsend. It allows one to lift more while lifting heavy when you have no more grip strength left in the tank. Only drawback is if you have a tendency to ego lift, it will destroy your tendons pretty quickly since it applies more pressure to elbows before your tendons have a chance to catch up. Within one week of using them I went from 3 pl8 deadlifts to 5 pl8 x5.

I also had same issues. Was very small at 165, 6'3" and it's harder for me to gain then to lose weight. It took me a year of light lifting for outrageous reps just to get my form right but when I'm off cycle, I enjoy just being able to lift light just to maintain size of 225 lbs. I lift with many bodybuilders (some professional) and almost none of them lift heavy anymore other than bench. They still maintain their size but ha e spent years using anabolic to get to that point.

Also great song. First I've heard it.

Using a research chemical seems scary to me and the injections. I have been wondering if it can be mixed with DMSO to skip the whole injection thing. DMSO tends to go right through the skin. I have tendinitis in my left arm from playing guitar too much and too fast combined with some typing. I had a back strain from using a rotator machine. If you move into the wrong position, it puts a lot of weight on your back muscle. Now if I try to do sit ups while holding a weight, it hurts my back. I had a bicep strain at one time, and my triceps actually got ahead of my biceps.

Now I'm trying to experiment with how big I can get while lifting light. I just read an article about someone working with osteoporosis ladies and getting them to lift slowly. There has been research that found people still grew muscle even when lifting really light weight. They had to keep going and going for minutes to wear out. I hate working muscles like that, though.

I don't think BPC-157 can pick stuff up and put it in the right place. One time a Cowboy's player had his ankle twisted around the wrong way like if he was facing due north in a normal position, his ankle was facing due south. I think surgery was the only solution for him (for the record I'm not a Cowboys fan).

My shoulder still hurts from doing shrugs first on a calf machine with 100 pounds and then on the shrug machine with 90. I have similar damage on the left side, but it's never been catastrophic. I just feel it a little bit there. On the right side, it was so bad. It started hurting by the deltoid, and I thought it was a deltoid strain. I had worked deltoids about 3 days prior. Then it started to hurt really bad, and there was no comfortable position to be in. I had to take 600mg (400mg recommended dose) of ibuprofen to sleep. Then when I woke up, I was fine before I moved. Then when I moved, I had no ibuprofen left in me, and it started to hurt really bad. I brushed my teeth with my left hand, and then I ended up passing out and falling on the floor in a seated position. Then I was sitting there in a daze, intensely focused on what was going on inside of me. I ended up going to a orthopedic surgeon for an evaluation. He said it was a shoulder impingement. Later on I found a video on youtube where someone taught me 4 movements to test for shoulder impingements as opposed to AC joint sprains. I could do the impingement movements, but the AC joint ones hurt really bad. I guess the good news is the doctor didn't see the bone out of place. I had lose of movement ability and when it's injured, it hurts to touch the point of the collar bone.

I am just unsure about this injecting under the skin stuff. I think I'm going to screw it up, or I might end up looking like I'm junk that needs to keep getting a hit of something. I should probably get over it, though. I think this stuff could definitely help me with tendinitis in the finger muscles (feel it on the arm).

As far as that song, I used to listen to it at the gym. I would play it 2 or 3 times before going on to the rest of the EP. They're not really sophisticated musicians, but they're creative and funny. Their bassplayer has got some grooves, and would do the most damage by leaving after the singer of course. I laugh at how their saxophone player doesn't even know how to play. I wouldn't trade him for someone that does.
