I'm gonna disagree with you sparky. Sure, sleep, exercise and proper diet leads to a healthy lifestyle that lowers the cost of healthcare for us all. Lets not lose sight of the goal. Elimination of obesity. This means. Lets Cut the SHIT FUCKING FOOD the government mandates. Our grains are fucked, our produce is fucked, and our livestock is fucked.
You think a three leg Chickens that are the Size of a Basketball is normal? Ever once consider that the shit that made Henrietta Cluck fat, gets passed onto the consumer? We could eliminate all soda's, little debbies and fast food, its still not doing shit for the problem. Why? Our food is fucked. Our diet is fucked. Food Pyramid was made by a government lobbyist for grains.

So why does this exist? Video games for one. Shit food for the other. Do I deny that people are lazy? No, but the government is fucked up too. Ive done a lot of Traveling. I lose weight when I leave the US. Not from eating less, but eating better. If its only a lifestyle choice? Then the Lives in America are Fucked.
I'm not sure you and I disagree. No doubt food is a four letter word. It's dangerous. I've stopped drinking mass produced beverages (except beer). I don't step into fast food restaurants or buy chemically ladened foods in the grocery store, certainly not snack foods.
