That looks like a plastic sawhorse to me. And those are only designed for a couple hundred pounds max, and also not for a live load. The side-to-side forces from someone stepping and balancing on top won't be handled well.

It's a plastic step stool, I've used one similar to that. They're unable to support more than 120lbs and their weight distribution is terrible, anything more than 40-60lbs in the middle caused it to collapse.
