It isn't that healthy food is too expensive it is that people are too lazy to cook.
That's exactly it. Months ago, I started changing the way we pkg our food. Smaller portions, vacuum sealed and ready to cook. We are actually eating better food and saving money. Gone are the days of getting a $20 2 topping pizza or a $12 cholesterol bag from fast food joints because "I don't feel like cookin"
Nice! I love my vacuum sealer. It helps a lot with controlling food waste.
I will admit to getting a takeout pizza once a month or so!
