Using ugly models or even mannequins makes people less likely to buy the clothes. I suppose some butter huffers might relate, but overall, it's just repulsive, and it's not good for sales. I'm about as not gay as can be, and if I had to choose between underwear with an ugly guy on the package and one that looks good or decent, I'm probably not going to buy the one with the ugly guy. I'm just skinny and don't look like a muscular model, but I'd rather have that on the package than some beer-bellied pig.
