"No natural satiety around to stop overeating. A toddler doesn't go out of its way to overeat. Can't go a few waking hours before muh sugar is too low. A skinny person can overindulge for a meal without snowballing."

No natural safety ?...your body tells you you're full. Do you not have that ? It takes roughly 20 minutes for the distention in your stomach to reach your brain (which is why "dessert" are typically offered 30-40 minutes after the completion of a meal.

Does eating more than your caloric intake per meal add to added weight gain ? Yes. But the problem has more to do with the calories INSIDE the meal, than the meal size itself. A protein (6-8 oz), starch (1 cup), and vegetable (1/2 cup) used to be around 1250 calories per plate. Now those same amount typically contain double those calories (even when the same portions are being administered).

You are saying it's strictly portion size (and perhaps even the number of portions consumed per meal) and I'm saying that it's that IN ADDITION to the foods being pumped full of artificial shit (plus loads of salts and sugars) that your body simply doesn't break down as quickly as well as your fat cells are more likely to absorb.

It's not an A or B thing, it's an A AND B thing.

They have no willpower to stop eating. Portion control doesn't matter when food can be perpetually added. Calories matter, volume helps.

In every jewed society will power is a near impossibility as their monetary construct is to bombard you with constant vices and make it socially taboo to go against it. (just look around at the social scene and how everything has to be reduced to acceptance and encouragement ...even without just rewards)
