Imagine that you want to make make insurance fraud. Imagine insurance company which deny to pay you, because you overload your boat with 'body positive' people. Your boat certificate say max 10 people or 850 kg. But you have only 8 people and 1300kg. So his lawyer must SAY that you have overweight people on your boat. This will not end on social media and court. Such shenanigans can be used in many cases. This can work, mentioning that someone have too much lard is 'hate speech' and are not allowed.
I think airplanes should employ this. If you weigh 300 pounds and have x amount of carry on and the limit is 150 pounds or whatever not only should they be barred from the flight but also forced to leave their carry on behind.
