No, the problem here (in addition to her deathfats) is that most riding rental ranches are expecting little girls who mostly outgrow their fascination with horses in their teens. So they stock up on smaller and more docile breeds.

This is accurate but war horses were trained to be in cavalry units, rode by strong, fit males in battle.
