>I take a medication that greatly improves my quality of life but comes with some weight gain
Fats always live in this delusional world where being a fatty couldn't possibly be their fault. Medications that slow metabolism or cause weight gain do so by like ~5%, or soemwhere around 5-10lbs. Fatty thinks that it can get sympathy by pretending that it would be a normal weight if it weren't for a med that turns it into a land whale.
It's literally physically impossible to be fat if you eat the right amount of calories. I don't care how much medication you take, if you are taking personal responsibility for your health and not consuming several hundred excess calories per day, it is literally impossible to get fat. It's so simple. And yet you see fatties writing pages and pages on how it's a medical condition, or the medication they take, or the cost of healthy food, or it's the fast food restaurants fault for selling such unhealthy food, or a million other things to obfuscate the obvious fact that they are just gluttonous and lazy.
