My only critique is that unbuttered popcorn is an excellent filling snack for reducing food cravings while trying to reduce you calorie consumption. Baby carrots, popcorn and rice cakes are all good "fillers" that let you slowly reduce the volume of food you eat a day while quickly reducing the calories consumed so you can lose faster in the early stages.
