Well by that sounds logic, all this push to combat racism and hatred is just trying conversion therapy on normal people with zero evidence that it is possible to change human nature. If fatty can stay morbidly obese and ignore the health effects of it, then I can stay inherently in-group race biased and ignore the calls for diversity and unity.

It's used as a quick patch job. The cell walls are supposed to heal up behind the patch and the patch removed

Takes nutrients to do that which is absent in plant based interior living diets and lifestyles.

The body triages its nutrients you see.

Not enough vitamin d.? No removing of plaque then do it builds up over many years.

Vit d removes the plaque.

Vit k2 (we can convert k to k1 to k2) is needed to place that calcium back into our bones.

Without k2 you get free floating calcium crystals.

I personally found this out the hard way with these crystals within my inner ear causing vertigo.

You really have to see how much these people eat. I had a super obese roommate who claimed she "barely ate," when her entire day revolved around snacks. There is nothing you can say to these people. They have no impulse or emotional control and are a liability, which is why we should continue to discriminate against them.

I used to have to work with one of these miserable hamplanets we nicknamed her Rosezilla.

And made up comics about her destroying the world because there was never enough fried vegetables to eat and we'd pass it to other departments through inter office mail.

It's easy.

I had a bad bad relationship. Gained too much weight due to the depression from a shitty relationship.

Started focusing on me. Saw that I did not look good in the mirror. Started losing weight.

Broke it off with her.

Kept at my diet and exercise.

Got in the best shape of my life.

Went from 232lbs to 185lbs.

From fat to fit. It's not hard at all...just requires willpower. Which is extremely difficult for most people.

As I type this, I'm eating a protein bar for my lunch instead of fast food or take out like most Americans in office jobs do during lunch. It's a lifestyle. It's not your genes.
