My wife gets allergy shots, and every so often we have to go to the allergist's office to switch things up or whatever. Together, we still fit (a little tight, but I'm not bitching; we're old) in one of those bariatric fat bastard loveseat chairs. I love, love, LOVE the fuck out of that. If I were a doctor, I'd basically assume the card-carrying abomination was a fucking nutbar and recommend a shrink. "Do no harm" also means sharing uncomfortable truths that might save their otherwise worthless lives.
