I deleted my comment because I thought you were 'against' the simplicity of 'calories in, calories out.'

I see what you're saying now. You would agree then that other, knowledgeable people, would vehemently disagree?

I don't care, I'm simply trying to understand, find the facts, the truth, so that a loved one can be helped.
