There is NOTHING complex behind CICO. Nothing.
What is CO can be complicated but it's a simple idea that needs no excessive excuses. There are no ailments or debilities that cause some tremendous difference in CO.

Irrelevant. Burn 2500 calories in a day. Eat 6000 calories of extremely healthy food: you'll gain 1 pound. Burn 2500 calories in a day. Eat 6000 calories of nutrient lacking food: you'll gain 1 pound.

I see what you're saying now. You would agree then that other, knowledgeable people, would vehemently disagree?
