I could be bigger but I prefer to stay lean. Hypertrophy isn't the way to go. Slow gains build strength and endurance.

You sperged out and didn't even refute the fact that empty calories are worse than nutrient dense calories. Digestion and metabolism is a factor. 2000 calories of sugar and other simple carbs are not equivalent to 2000 calories of meat and vegetables.

Continue eating simple sugars and give no regard to the quality of your caloric intake, sperglord. Be a typical Amerifat because there's no difference between corn syrup and meat on a caloric level according to you.
