from my experience the ones that actually change show up to the gym after midnight and slave away on a cardio machine like the eliptical or stair climber and keep coming back when they see drastic changes they move onto moving weight and actually have long lasting change.

then there's ones that show up to watch movies and shit, they ussually end up playing on the treadmill or the cycle machines or lay on the benches watching the tv's stick arounds long enough to have an excuse on why they dont go anymore just to make their spouse or mommy happy.
