Just cutting out sugar and alcohol goes a really long way. You'd also be surprised how much shit has sugar in it. Tomato sauce, yogurt, sausages, even the sugar free shit has sugar.

Just cutting out or cutting back processed sugar and you will melt away a bunch of unnecessary weight. Limit yourself to ~30g per day, or just about a can of Red Bull, and you'll be A-ok.
