Just cutting out sugar and alcohol goes a really long way. You'd also be surprised how much shit has sugar in it. Tomato sauce, yogurt, sausages, even the sugar free shit has sugar.

Just cutting out or cutting back processed sugar and you will melt away a bunch of unnecessary weight. Limit yourself to ~30g per day, or just about a can of Red Bull, and you'll be A-ok.

from my experience the ones that actually change show up to the gym after midnight and slave away on a cardio machine like the eliptical or stair climber and keep coming back when they see drastic changes they move onto moving weight and actually have long lasting change.

then there's ones that show up to watch movies and shit, they ussually end up playing on the treadmill or the cycle machines or lay on the benches watching the tv's stick arounds long enough to have an excuse on why they dont go anymore just to make their spouse or mommy happy.

Your right that gym fats are better than ones that just keep getting worse but they let it happen in the first place and they arent improving themselves theyre only cleaning up a mess they made. the only time i feel bad for fatties is when i see fat kids, because they never stood a chance with their idiot parents fucking them up with excessive and shit quality food and no exercise.

Shit on people who talk about it but don't do anything. If you're a pudgy marshmallow and accept that as your current reality, and genuinely want to move towards someone better then, that intention will be felt by those around you. The energy you put out is the energy you get back in return. So if you put out good energy, the kind that is needed to sprout seeds, then in time those seeds will bear fruit. Sprouted seeds are the most healthy of all. Sprout some lentils, tastes like absolute dogshit but goddamn is it good for you. I'm convinced there's no way to make that taste good, and I fucking love lentils otherwise.
